  Getting a good school nearby was our top priority. SPM English Medium School being a short distance from Pinnacle 9 Sadashiv was a huge deciding factor for us. We bought a 3 BHK which is about 1186 Sq.ft carpet area, giving enough room for our two children. The proximity to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital and Deccan Gymkhana Metro Station (just 2-a short distance) also provides excellent convenience. The project has good amenities like a children's play area (though not explicitly listed, the landscaping seems to cater to it) and 24x7 security. The only downside is the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments, but that’s common in growing areas.
