I recently purchased a flat in Pillaiyar Nagar, Gudiyatham, Pichanur. It is a ready-to-move property, completed by Thiru M Ravi in June 2022. The location is decent, and it’s close to Thiruvalluvar Hr. Sec. School which is nearby. This is helpful for my children. One minor issue I've noticed is the traffic on the main road connecting to Gudiyatham can be quite heavy during peak office hou, making the commute slightly longer than expected. However, the price was within my budget, and the developer seems reliable based on their past projects. The apartment itself is functional and meets our basic needs. I am hopeful it will be a good place for my family.
