The main reason we chose this place is its proximity to Blue Bells Model School, literally a 1-minute walk. That makes the morning commute for my daughter so much easier. Also, the Gurugram Railway Station Bus Stop is just two minutes away, which is convenient for my husband's office travel. We haven't faced any major issues so far, and the construction seems solid. The only small thing is that the streets around the building can get a bit crowded during peak hou, making parking a little tricky sometimes. But overall, it's a good buy for us.
