We are buying a 2 BHK apartment at PHA Kalash Square for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. Since it is ready to move, we don't have to wait long. The location on Satyamev Hospital To Tragad Road is close to where they need to be. I was impressed with the amenities listed, especially the Yoga / Meditation Area and the Senior Seating & Open Yoga Area, which my parents will surely use. The 656 Sq.ft size is perfect for them. My only concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit congested when I visited. However, PHA Buildcon LLP P has assured us that it's manageable. The apartment has wooden frame internal dooand veneer flush main doo, which adds a nice touch.

We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, which are 1240 Sq.ft. The Children's Play Area is a good size, and there's also a basketball court which the kids are excited about. The project is ready to move, so we can settle in soon. The construction quality appeasolid, with acrylic paint on the exterior. The only thing I noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic on Satyamev Hospital To Tragad Road can be a little slow, but it's manageable for us given the other benefits.
