Since my parents are older, the proximity to the Vibrant Multi Speciality Hospital, which is about 5 kilometeaway, is very reassuring. I spoke with PH Developeabout the building features and they confirmed the inclusion of a jogging track and a proper fire fighting system. The 2 BHK units offer plenty of space starting from 1144 square feet. My only minor concern is that the price details were not readily available when I fit inquired, which made planning my finances a bit slow. Otherwise, the project seems like a solid long term choice for my family.

I visited PH Raj Sapphire recently as I am looking for a new space for my family. The location in Chala is quite convenient for my daily work travels. We checked the 3 BHK layout and the size ranges up to 2137 square feet which feels very spacious. PH Developeis still in the middle of construction so the site is quite dusty right now. I hope they finish the common areas nicely before handing over. The children play area and the jogging track mentioned in the brochure look good for my kids. We are waiting for more details on the final pricing before we decide to finalize the booking. It seems like a decent choice in this part of Vapi.

Finding a home near a good school was our biggest priority and PH Raj Sapphire is close to Saint Francis Secondary and Higher Secondary School. This makes it so much easier for our morning routine. We liked the gated community concept as it feels much safer for the children to play outside. The project is still under construction but the layout of the 2 BHK unit we saw was quite practical. PH Developehas planned a children play area which is exactly what we were looking for. The Vapi bus stop is also only 1.2 kilometeaway, making it a very accessible location for everyone in the family. We are quite excited to move in once it is complete in 2026.

My decision to look at PH Raj Sapphire came down to the reputation of PH Developein the region. This project is currently under construction with an expected completion date of March 2026. The built up area starts from 1144 square feet which is a manageable size for a small family. I am happy that they have included a fire fighting system and rain water harvesting as part of the plan. However, the connectivity to the main road is slightly busy during peak houwhich might be a concern for some residents. I have gone through the plans and the design looks professional. I am hopeful that the final delivery matches the promises made during the initial site visit last month.
