I purchased a unit at PG Spring Dale for my parents who are living in Chennai. The primary reason was the convenient location in Kolathur, Chennai North, and the fact that it's ready to move in. My parents are elderly, so having Lifeline Hospitals nearby was a crucial factor in my decision. Also, the proximity to Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus, just three minutes away, makes it easy for them to travel. P dot G is the developer, and I have heard decent things about them. The area itself is developing well. I hope my parents find the community comfortable and the amenities adequate for their needs.

We were renting in the area and decided it was time to buy our own home. PG Spring Dale in Kolathur, Chennai North, stood out because it's ready to move in and has a good reputation with the developer P dot G. The location is excellent; Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School is just two minutes away, which is perfect for our children. We also like that Lifeline Hospitals is nearby. The community feels quite vibrant. We did find the room sizes to be a bit on the smaller side compared to our rental accommodation, but the efficient layout compensates for it to some extent. The connectivity is good, though some internal roads could use better upkeep.

The location in Kolathur is quite accessible, and being near Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus is convenient for public transport. We checked out the area around Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Lifeline Hospitals, both are very close. The developer is P dot G. One thing we noticed is that the roads leading to the project can be a bit dusty, especially during dry weather. Hopefully, the management will address this soon. Overall, it's a decent buy.
