    I purchased a unit at PG Spring Dale for my parents who are living in Chennai. The primary reason was the convenient location in Kolathur, Chennai North, and the fact that it's ready to move in. My parents are elderly, so having Lifeline Hospitals nearby was a crucial factor in my decision. Also, the proximity to Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus, just three minutes away, makes it easy for them to travel. P dot G is the developer, and I have heard decent things about them. The area itself is developing well. I hope my parents find the community comfortable and the amenities adequate for their needs.
