The location in Sunnambu Kolathur is promising, and it's not too far from the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam 200 Feet Radial Road, making it easy to get around Chennai. San Academy is also close by, which is good for the future. The flat is ready to move, which was a big relief for a fit-time buyer like me. The car parking is a bit cramped, and I hope Perfect Buildeand Flat PromotePvt. Ltd. Can improve signage. Overall, the building looks good and the space is what I was looking for.
