    I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Perfect Pascal by Perfect BuildeThe built-up area is a spacious 1192 sq.ft, offering plenty of room. Being ready to move in was a major factor for me. The Vastu compliance and landscaping are well done. Security is 24x7, which gives me peace of mind. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital is also convenient, though I hope not to use it often! My only real concern is the narrow lane leading to the main road; it can be a bit tricky sometimes, especially with more traffic. Overall, the quiet neighborhood and the solid construction give me confidence in my decision.

    Our family moved into a 3 BHK here, which is about 1192 sq.ft, giving us ample space. The fact that Perfect Pascal was ready to move in meant we could settle quickly. It's very convenient having Holy Family Convent school nearby; the kids can walk. Kauvery Hospital is also extremely close. The 24x7 security and power backup are essential for us. The price was on the higher side, close to 60 Lakhs for our unit, but the location justified it for us. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings. Rain water harvesting is also a good feature for Chennai.
