The price was around 76 Lakh, which is a bit high for my budget but it's ready to move in, so I can shift soon. The location is decent, very close to NH 2, making commutes easier. The developer, Perfect Home, seems to have completed the project on time as it was ready by June 2022. Power backup is a good feature to have here. I'm a little worried about the parking situation though, as the plots might be a bit tight.
