We were looking for a ready-to-move place in Faridabad and found Perfect Kings Floor. The 3 BHK builder floor is 1000 square feet, which felt good for our needs. Perfect Home handed over the project in June 2022. The location in Sector 84 is okay, close to the Delhi-Badarpur Border, nearby. Getting to work on Mathura Road also takes about the same time, which is manageable. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are standard but essential. We did notice some dust on the roads nearby due to ongoing development in the area, which is a bit of a concern. The price was around 76 Lakhs, which was within our budget for a new property.
