It's located in Bhaktinnagar, very close to the Tarai Tarapada Adaha Vidyalaya which is convenient for any visiting relatives with children. My parents are older, so the proximity to the Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital is also a big plus. They are offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK configurations. The carpet area for the 2 BHK units is around 729 Sq.ft to 879 Sq.ft. The project is under construction with a completion date of December 2026. I am a bit worried about the construction quality though, as I cannot visit often to check. The developer is Perfect Builde
