My parents are quite happy with the villa they have, which has a plot area of 2000 square feet. The location on Sarjapur Road is well-connected, with the highways nearby. They mentioned that the nearby distance to the Kempegowda International Airport is a bit of a trek, but they don't travel by air often. The 45% open space is also a pleasant feature for them.
