    Relocating to Bangalore for work at Aster CMI Hospital, I needed a place that was accessible yet peaceful. Pearl Nacre in Nagashetty Halli seemed like a good fit. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. The 1250 Sq.ft 2 BHK is comfortable, and the presence of recreation facilities is a nice bonus. Having the Yeshwanthpur Metro Station nearby provides good connectivity to other parts of the city. The storm water drains and landscaping are well done. My only reservation is the noise from the nearby road sometimes, but it's manageable within the apartment.

    We finally moved into Pearl Nacre a couple of months ago. The location in RMV Extension Stage 2 is quite convenient, very close to the Outer Ring Road which helps a lot with commutes. I particularly liked the fact that it's a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives a good sense of security. The 2 BHK apartment we got is 1250 Sq.ft, which is a decent size for us. Water supply has been consistent, which is a major plus. The only minor issue is the traffic on the main road during peak houAlso, the landscaping is nice but could use more variety.
