The construction quality by Pramukh Group seems decent for the current price point of around 35 Lakh. We found the location in Chala to be quite peaceful compared to the main city center. However, we did notice that the road leading to the entrance is a bit narrow, which might cause some traffic congestion during peak houOtherwise, it is a solid ready to move option for young couples looking to settle down in Vapi. We are thinking about finalizing the booking by next month if the paperwork looks good.
