We chose PDN Horizon Apartment because of its proximity to St. Xavier's High School, which is nearby, making school runs much easier. The 3 BHK configuration gives us enough space. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are quite pleasant. We appreciate the 24x7 security and the children's play area. The apartment is ready to move, which was a big advantage for us. The price starting from 63.36 Lakh was within our budget. The only thing is that Manipal Hospitals, Bhubaneswar is also nearby, which is great for emergencies, but the road leading there can get busy. We are still settling in.
