It was ready to move, so we could settle in quickly after its November 2016 completion. The price was about 58 Lakhs, which stretched our budget a bit but was manageable. The location in Lakshmipuram is convenient for our commute. We appreciate the children's play area for our little one and the gymnasium. The power backup is essential. One minor issue is the parking space, which seems a bit tight if you have a large vehicle.
