It’s also very close to Manipal Hospital and Gurugram city itself. The apartment is 1200 square feet, which is plenty of space for me. I appreciated that it came with a gymnasium and 24/7 CCTV surveillance, adding to the feeling of security. The price was around 54 Lakhs. My only minor issue is the water pressure can sometimes be inconsistent, especially during peak usage times. But otherwise, it’s a good place to live.

We chose Pawan Associates House 2 because of its closeness to SCR Public School, it's practically zero kilometeaway. That was a huge factor for us. The 2 BHK apartment is 1200 square feet, which gives the kids enough room to play inside. The children's play area within the gated community is also a big plus. We moved in about two months ago. The building has lifts and power backup, which are essential. My only slight worry is the traffic on the Dwarka Expressway during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, it’s been a good decision for the family.
