Pavani Infra built this project back in 2009, and it's ready to move in. The location in Dodsworth Layout, Whitefield, is developing rapidly. I liked the Vastu compliant design and the central cooling system, which is quite rare. The community hall and multipurpose room are useful for gatherings. The only downside is the landscaping feels a bit dated now, could use some freshening up. The gated community and 24x7 CCTV surveillance offer good security.
