    We decided to buy a 3 BHK in Pavani Palms because of its proximity to Narayana e-Techno School in Puzhal. The apartment size of 1669 sq.ft is quite spacious for our family of four. Having a children's play area and a sports area within the complex is fantastic for the kids. We got it for about 65 Lakh. The cycling track is also something we plan to use regularly. The construction quality looks good so far, and it’s ready to move in, which was a priority. The only minor drawback is the dust from nearby construction, but we are hoping that settles down soon.
