I chose a 3 BHK villa, which is 1060 square feet, perfect for them. It's also Vastu compliant. The main concern for my parents will be the distance to the hospital, SMS HOSPITAL, which is about 1.8 kilometeaway. I wish the parking was a bit more organized, but they do provide car parking. Hopefully, the 24x7 water supply will be reliable.
