    We moved into Paulo Demelo a few months ago. The location in Tivim, North Goa is pretty convenient for my commute to the tech park. My partner likes the open spaces around the building. It feels quite peaceful here compared to the city. We got a decent sized apartment, though the kitchen counter space could have been a bit more.
