It was ready to move in by December 2020, which was convenient. Pal Developeseems to have provided basic but necessary amenities like power backup and 24/7 water, which is important for my age. The location in Baguiati is decent, not too far from hospitals like Spandan Hospital. My only minor concern is the traffic on VIP Road during peak houIt can get quite congested. But otherwise, it's a comfortable place.
