After yeaof renting, my husband and I decided to invest in our own place. We chose Patteeswarar Heritage for its ready-to-move 2 BHK apartments. The carpet area is a good 1091 Sq.ft, and the price of 76.37 Lakh was reasonable for Saibaba Colony. We were impressed by the landscaping and tree planting, which makes the complex look very green. The developer, Patteeswara DevelopeIndia Pvt Ltd., also offe24X7 water supply, which is essential. The location is decent, with good connectivity to NH 67. My only concern is that the 3 BHK apartments, while spacious, do feel a little cramped in terms of room dimensions. But for our needs, the 2 BHK is perfect.

It's also ready to move in, which made the transition easier. The price range is between 76.37 Lakh and 1.24 Crore, which is competitive for this area in Coimbatore. However, the construction dust can be a bit much at times due to ongoing work nearby, and the partial power backup might not be enough during heavy monsoons.

However, I found the lift capacity to be a bit small for the number of residents, and the car parking slots are not very generous.
