The location in Vijayanagar is quite convenient, very close to St. Joseph's Central School, which is perfect for us as we are teachethere. The cycling and jogging track is a nice touch for staying active. My husband liked that the construction was already completed back in December 2012 and it's ready to move. The only issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy on the Ring Road during peak hou, but it’s manageable. Overall, we are happy with the decision and the space.

However, the police station bus stop is nearby.

We bought a 2 BHK which is 1000 square feet. The price was around 35 Lakhs. It's ready to move, which was a huge relief after looking for so long. The developer, Pathak Develope, has included a children's play area and landscaping which the kids love. My only concern is the parking situation. If you have more than one car, it can get a bit congested. Also, Apollo BGS Hospitals is a bit far, over 6 kilomete, so that's something to keep in mind for emergencies.
