Finding a decent place in Mysore was challenging until I saw Pathak Pratham Kabir. Being ready to move was a huge plus, as I couldn't wait for construction. The proximity to Amrita Vidyalayam, a short distance, is fantastic, although I don't have kids, it shows the area is family-friendly. The Jodi Bevina Mara Bus Stop is also very close, which is useful for my commute. The develope, Pathak Develope, have delivered a ready project, which is what I needed. My only slight concern is that the road noise from the Ring road, being nearby, can be noticeable sometimes, especially during peak houBut I'm getting used to it. The apartment itself is functional and meets my basic needs.
