The proximity to Amrita Vidyalayam, a short distance, is fantastic, although I don't have kids, it shows the area is family-friendly. The Jodi Bevina Mara Bus Stop is also very close, which is useful for my commute. The develope, Pathak Develope, have delivered a ready project, which is what I needed. My only slight concern is that the road noise from the Ring road, being nearby, can be noticeable sometimes, especially during peak houBut I'm getting used to it.
