The location in Nagarbhavi is pretty convenient for us, especially being close to ORCHIDS The International School for future needs. It's also good that Mysore Road and Magadi Road are just about 2 kilometeaway, making weekend trips easier. The apartment itself feels quite spacious and the closed car parking is a definite plus. However, the traffic on the main roads can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. Overall, it’s a decent place to live, and we are mostly happy with our decision. The developer, Parvi Sheltes, seems to be responsive to queries.
