We just booked our fit flat at Parvati Hills. It's a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 501 square feet, which seems like a good starting size for us. The location in Waluj is convenient, especially being so close to Podar International School. That was a big factor for us. The developer, Kisan Khanderao Dhondare, seems to have a decent reputation, and the project is under construction with a completion date of March 2030. My only worry is the traffic on the highway sometimes, as it gets quite busy. Otherwise, we are excited about moving into our own place.
