    We were looking for a home with good connectivity and proximity to schools for our children. Parul Garden in Netaji Nagar is perfect as it is very close to GD Birla School. The 3 BHK configuration gives us the space we need. The project is ready to move in, which was a huge relief for our family. Being near the Netaji Metro Station is also a big plus for commuting. While the location is great, the noise from the nearby main road can be a bit botheome at times, especially during the day. We are still adjusting to it. Otherwise, the flat layout is practical and the building feels secure with a watchman.
