We looked at Parth Krutika Residency Wing B for our growing family. The 1 BHK configuration with a 426 Sq.ft carpet area is a bit tight for us, honestly. We were hoping for something larger, but the price of 22 Lakh onwards is attractive. The developer, Parth Properties, is building it in Pirangut, Ambegaon Budruk. It's good that they have included a Sewage Treatment Plant and Landscaping & Tree Planting. However, the distance to ORCHIDS The International School is nearby, which is a considerable commute for school kids daily. The proposed Metro Station at Hinjewadi, also nearby, is still a long way off. We are concerned about the construction completion date of December 2029, as it feels very distant. Need to think more about the practicality.
