The 3 BHK apartments, around 1300 square feet, are spacious enough for them. The property is ready to move since December 2018, so they could shift in immediately. The budget of 31.5 Lakhs to 45.5 Lakhs was within our expectations. The Parth Group seems reliable. My only concern is the lack of information about OC received, I wish that was readily available. Otherwise, the location and size are perfect for my parents.
