The project is ready to move, which made the process much simpler for a fit-time buyer. I liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a swimming pool available. The Vastu compliant aspect was also something I looked for. It's located in Sector-Pi, Greater Noida. The starting budget of 68.64 Lakh was a bit high for me, but I managed with a loan.
