From a financial pepective, Pavnath Passion in Jammu presented an interesting opportunity. The 2 BHK apartments at 1155 square feet are reasonably sized for the price of 35.8 Lakh onwards. It is a ready-to-move property, which avoids the risk of delayed possession. The developer, Pavnath DevelopeLtd., has a history, though checking OC status was not possible. The location on Kheri Road, near Jyoti Higher Secondary School, is accessible. However, I did find the internal roads within the complex a bit narrow, and parking space might be a challenge during peak times if all residents bring multiple vehicles. The utility shops on-site are a practical addition.

Finally bought my fit home at Pavnath Passion in Jammu. I was looking for a 2 BHK apartment and the 1155 square feet super builtup area felt just right for me. The price starting from 35.8 Lakh was within my budget. It's ready to move in which is a huge plus. I liked that it's a gated community with ample parking space. The Children's Play Area is a nice touch for future family visits. The location near Jyoti Higher Secondary School is also very convenient. I am a little worried about the traffic on Kheri Road during peak houthough, but overall I feel good about this purchase.

The size is 1155 square feet which is spacious enough for them. The budget of 35.8 Lakh was what I had planned for. My parents are close to the Univeity of Jammu and Jyoti Higher Secondary School, which is very convenient for them. I was also impressed with the fire fighting system and fire retardant structure mentioned, providing good safety. The only minor issue is that the Concierge Service is not yet fully operational as expected. Otherwise, it's a good place for them.

I did notice that the internal roads are still under development in some sections, and there's some dust from ongoing construction nearby.
