    We needed a home close to good schools for our children, and Pavnath Panchvati is very near Colonel's Brightland Public School, just nearby. That was a major factor in our decision. We bought a 3 BHK which is 1136 sq.ft. It gives us enough room. The kids play area is also a good facility here. Being on Fatehabad Road is okay, but sometimes traffic can be a bit much, especially getting onto the Ring Road. The price for our 3 BHK was around 60-70 Lakhs, which was acceptable. We also liked the idea of rainwater harvesting and 24x7 water supply. Pavnath DevelopeLtd. Has provided a number of amenities, including a community hall and indoor games.
