We were looking for a spacious villa in a quieter part of Chennai and Pan Savanah fit the bill. The 2261 sq.ft villa is quite large, offering plenty of room for our family to spread out. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage for us, as we didn't want to wait for construction to finish. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex give it a pleasant, green feel. Security is also good with 24x7 availability. The price range was within our expectations for a villa of this size in Chennai South. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas. Overall, it's a peaceful place.
