It's a ready-to-move-in property which was a big plus for us. The amenities like the gymnasium and jogging track are well-maintained, perfect for staying active in retirement. The landscaping is beautiful and gives a peaceful vibe. The only drawback is the price point, it is on the higher side at around 1.72 Cr to 1.92 Cr. However, considering the size and location on Nanjundapuram Road, it feels like a reasonable investment for the long term. The developer Pan has a reputation for quality.
