My husband and I are teacheand we are tired of renting. We decided to buy our own flat and zeroed in on Pahwa Platinum. It's a 2 BHK configuration with a built-up area of 1305 Sq.ft. The location in Ghuma, Ahmedabad is quite accessible. We are particularly impressed with the amenities like the Gymnasium and the Jogging Track. The Lift(s) are also essential for us. Pahwa Buildcon is the developer, and their previous projects give us some confidence. The construction is ongoing, with completion slated for December 2025. A small issue we noticed is that the immediate access road off the main Bopal - Ghuma Road is a bit narrow. It might be a slight inconvenience during heavy rains or for larger vehicles. But overall, the flat size and the planned facilities are great for us.

We visited the site and saw the plans for the Yoga / Meditation Area and the Gymnasium, which are perfect for our lifestyle now. The 24x7 Water Supply is a must-have. The completion date is December 2025. My only concern is the traffic on the Bopal - Ghuma Road during peak houIt can get quite congested. However, the accessibility to the highway is good. Car parking is also available, which is important.

The developer, Pahwa Buildcon, seems to have a decent track record. The entrance lobby also looked quite grand in the brochure. Overall, it feels like a good investment for a single peon.
