I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Parmeshwar Ved Residency 2 for my parents. The ready to move status was ideal since they needed to relocate quickly. The 840 square feet area provides enough space for them. It's reassuring that Vidyadhiraja Vidyabavan English Medium Higher Secondary school is a short distance, offering peace of mind. The location on Waghodia Road in Aluva is convenient for them to access shops and meet friends. Parmeshwari Developewere responsive during the process. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable and that the building upkeep is good over the yeaThe metro station is also close by.

Having retired, I wanted a comfortable place in Kochi. Parmeshwar Ved Residency 2 seemed like a good option. It is ready to move, which was important. The 2 BHK flat size of 840 square feet is adequate for my needs. Being close to Rajagiri Hospital is a significant advantage for healthcare access. While the location in Aluva on Waghodia Road is convenient, I have noticed some dust from nearby construction, which is a minor annoyance. The developer, Parmeshwari Develope, is known, but I wish they had provided more details about the building's completion and OC status. Still, the flat itself is well laid out and quiet.
