They have a 2 BHK with 644 square feet which I think I can convert into a small office or keep it for my employees. The developer, Parkview Group, seems to have decent plans. I'm looking at the amenities like the multi-purpose hall and indoor games, which could be useful for team building. Construction is ongoing and expected to finish by June 2027. I did notice the traffic on Mirambica School Road can be a bit much during peak hou, but that's common for central areas. Overall, it's a promising option for business growth.

This was a huge deciding factor for us. We booked a 3 BHK apartment which has a super built-up area of 1112 square feet, providing enough room for the family. The developer, Parkview Group, has included a dedicated Children's Play Area, which the kids are very excited about. We also liked the landscaped gardens and tree planting. The only slight concern is the car parking might be a bit tight when all residents have ca, but we will manage. Overall, the convenience for school runs is unmatched.
