I am buying this flat in Park Tower for my parents who live in Chennai. The Arumbakkam location is familiar and convenient for them, being close to MGM Healthcare and the metro. It's ready to move in, so they can shift immediately. I chose a 1 BHK configuration, around 750 sq.ft, which should be comfortable. The 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system are important safety features that provide peace of mind. While I haven't seen the project myself recently, my parents are happy with the amenities. The main road access is good, but the internal roads can be a bit narrow.
