The 518 square feet 1 BHK configuration is compact but functional for single occupancy. Price point is around 11.4 Lakh which is very competitive for this area. My only small concern is the traffic on B. B. D. Road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Otherwise, it was a smooth purchase process with Parivar Enclave Pvt. Ltd. They have a nice landscaping area which is good for unwinding after a long day at work.
