Finally got the keys to our fit flat at Parijat Mansion! It's a 3 BHK with a good built-up area of 1300 Sq.ft. We looked at a few places in New Town but this one felt right. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location is decent, close enough to The New Town School which is important for our future plans. We haven't moved in officially yet but the initial impression is good. The area seems to be developing well. The only slight worry is that the roads around here can get quite busy during peak hou, but that's common for this part of Kolkata. Overall, a promising start to homeownehip.

As a retired professional, I was looking for a comfortable and well-located home in Kolkata. Parijat Mansion in New Town seemed like a good option. I opted for a 3 BHK which is 1300 Sq.ft built up. The fact that it is ready to move in was a significant advantage, allowing me to settle in without delay. The proximity to The New Town School (1.4 km) is a bonus, even though my children are grown. The area is developing nicely. My only minor concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight if you have guests with multiple vehicles. Other than that, the apartment is spacious and the location is peaceful, which is what I was looking for.

We were renting a small place and needed more space as a family. Parijat Mansion offered a 3 BHK that was 1300 Sq.ft built up, which is exactly what we needed. Being teache, proximity to schools like The New Town School (nearby away) was a major factor. We also liked that it's ready to move in, so no long waiting periods. The location in New Town is quite convenient for us. While the flat itself is spacious and well-laid out, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots is a bit of a nuisance sometimes. We are hoping that settles down soon. We are looking forward to settling in properly and enjoying the extra space.
