The project by Paridhi Real Estate was completed in March 2023 and is ready to move in. The price was around 1.2 Crore. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is a huge plus for managing household chores. The only issue is the parking area; it feels a bit congested if you have multiple vehicles.
