Also, having Accord Supepeciality Hospital and Modern Delhi International School nearby is fantastic for my parents' needs. The 3 BHK builder floor offeabout 1530 sq.ft of built-up space, which should be enough for them. The price was around 84 Lakh. My only reservation is the distance to the Old Faridabad Metro Station, which is almost nearby, but they don't use the metro much. The 24x7 water supply is a crucial amenity for them.
