The developer, Parekh Builde& Develope, has a project completion history dating back to 2012, which gave us peace of mind. The apartment size, around 735 square feet built up, is a significant improvement and offemuch more comfort. We love the idea of the cycling and jogging track for our evening walks. The location near Muskan Cinema and Vapi Railway Station is perfect for our daily commutes and leisure. The gated community aspect provides an added layer of security we value. One minor issue is that the fire sprinkleare visible in common areas, which is good for safety but slightly affects the aesthetics. Still, a solid upgrade.
