    We were looking for an affordable starter home and found Parekh Gokul Vatika to be a decent pick. Being near the J Nanji Industrial Park helps us reach our workplace without much hassle. We booked the 1 BHK unit which is 600 Sq.ft and fits our current needs well. Parekh Builde& Developehas ensured the building is earthquake resistant, which is a good safety feature to have. The power backup is also working fine so far. However, we feel the parking area is a bit cramped for two wheeleand caIt is a no-frills project, but the connectivity to NH 8 makes travel much easier for us during weekends when we plan to visit friends in other cities.
