My partner and I bought a 1365 Square feet 2 BHK at Paramount Serene. We were looking for something ready to move and in a well-connected part of Mysore, and Vijayanagar fit the bill. The proximity to the Ring Road is perfect for our commutes to the IT hubs. The price was in the 62.79 Lakh range for our unit. The apartment layout is functional, and the size feels adequate for us. It was completed back in 2015 by Paramount Construction Company. We are happy with the purchase so far, though we haven't received the Occupancy Certificate yet, which is a bit unusual for a 2015 completion. This is something Paramount Construction Company needs to clarify.

It is ready to move, which made the process less stressful for a fit-time buyer. The price was around 56.17 Lakh, which felt achievable. The location is excellent, with Bhavan's Bellur Kamalamma Subbanna Vidya Bhavan School just a minute away, which is great for future planning. Being close to the 8th Main Road and 10th Cross Road is also very convenient for daily commutes. One minor issue I noticed is the dust from ongoing constructions in the wider vicinity, but I believe that's temporary for the area.

The apartment is ready to move, which is ideal given my urgent need to settle in. The price point between 56.17 Lakh and 62.79 Lakh is within my budget for a new city. My only concern is the general noise from the nearby roads, which I hope will be less noticeable once I am inside the apartment with windows closed. Construction quality appeasolid.

Being ready to move in was a huge advantage. The location is superb; Vijayanagara Police Station Bus Stop is just a 4-minute walk, making public transport very accessible. It's also close to the 8th Main Road and 10th Cross Road. My work often requires me to travel, so the easy access to the Ring Road is a significant benefit. The only drawback is that the rooms, while decent, feel a little compact. It’s manageable for a single peon, but I can see it feeling tight for a family.
