The built up area of 3870 square feet is massive for a fit-time buyer like me, but it offepotential for the future. I liked that they included Pooja space and branded fittings, which are the little details that matter. Being right next to Manav Rachna International School and Park Hospital is a big plus for convenience. The price of 4.6 Crore onwards is what I expected for this size and location in Gurgaon. My main concern is the distance to the Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station, which is almost nearby. It might make daily commuting a bit harder if I rely on the metro.
