    We chose Paramount Extension Luxury primarily because of its location for our children. Unicosmos School is right next door, which is a massive time saver every morning. The 3 BHK builder floor has a good layout, around 1550 square feet, giving enough space for us and the kids. The children's play area is a definite plus for them. We paid 2.4 Cr for our unit. One minor issue is that Golf Coue Extension Road can get quite busy during peak hou, so the commute can be a bit slow sometimes. However, the Metro station is nearby, which is accessible. The 24/7 security is reassuring.
