I finally decided to invest in my own place and chose Param Nest in Shilaj. The proximity to Anand Niketan school and Shalby Hospitals is a huge plus, as they are right next door. This makes the location very convenient. I am getting a 2 BHK flat, around 600 square feet built-up. The price is between 58.0 Lakh and 61.5 Lakh, which felt a bit high initially, but considering the location and the developer Param Group's reputation, I think it's worth it. They have a garbage disposal system and a swimming pool which are nice features. The only slight concern is the dust from ongoing construction, but that's expected. It's currently under construction, with completion set for December 2029.

The location is quite nice, and having Anand Niketan school and Shalby Hospitals so close is a major advantage for us. We are looking at a 2 BHK flat, approximately 610 square feet. The price is around 60 Lakh. Param Group is the developer. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2029. We appreciate the fire alarm system and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety. The flower garden and landscaping look promising. Our only worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
