We shifted to Param Heights because of the reputation of Brahma Rishi Homes and the sheer scale of the units. The 2346 square feet built up area is quite massive for a family. I am impressed with the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system installed throughout the building. The location in Kesarapalle is convenient because NH16 is only 500 meteaway, making travel to the city center very easy. The clubhouse is spacious and we use the table tennis room every weekend. It is a solid, practical building without too much unnecessary decoration. Everything is ready to move which saved us a lot of trouble during the shifting process.
